Transfer or sale of personal data

Your personal data is neither sold, nor rented, nor exchanged with third parties.

Data retention period

  • Customer management: strictly necessary duration for the commercial relationship;

  • Commercial prospecting: 3 years from the end of the relationship or the last contact;

  • Supporting documents (contracts, etc.): 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship;

  • Identity documents (exercising rights):

    • 1 year for the exercise of access or correction rights,

    • 3 years for the exercise of the right of objection.

  • Management of refusals: retention of information for 3 years from the exercise of the right;

  • Cookies: a maximum of 13 months.

Security

We implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your data, and to prevent any unauthorized access.

Hosting

Your data is stored on the servers of Amazon Web Services, located in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union.
