Commercial prospecting: 3 years from the end of the relationship or the last contact;
Supporting documents (contracts, etc.): 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship;
Identity documents (exercising rights):
1 year for the exercise of access or correction rights,
3 years for the exercise of the right of objection.
Management of refusals: retention of information for 3 years from the exercise of the right;
Cookies: a maximum of 13 months.
